You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will my credit card be charged?

We don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way. We will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped. If your items are shipped separately you will be billed each time an item is shipped.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*Kodak Store"

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, New York, Tennessee, Utah and Washington. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.

We will gladly credit sales tax for those with a tax exempt certificate. Just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at: 952-253-8760. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its credit limit. Please contact your financial institution. If you continue to have problems, you can contact Customer Service 24/7. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.

When will my pre-order ship?
With pre-orders, we set the entire order aside until the pre-ordered item is available. So if you ordered other items along with the pre-ordered item, all of the available items will ship when the pre-ordered item is available.

When will I be charged for my pre-order?
We won't charge your credit card until the item actually ships. If you are using a debit card, your bank may place a hold on the authorized funds, but we won't collect until the item ships. If you are using Paypal, your payment will be collected in advance.

What do you mean by "expected" release date?
We can't always predict the exact date an item will become available. We will ship your pre-order as soon as possible, but we can't guarantee a specific date. If the date changes, we'll alert you by email.
