When I placed my order the item was "in stock," but ten minutes later I received an email saying that the product was backordered. What happened?
We continually update our site to reflect our inventory. It is possible that the site had not yet been updated to reflect the out-of-stock situation. All backorders are automatically shipped when the product becomes available.

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available within a week. You will receive an email as soon as the product ships. Keep in mind that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment agency when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

I placed an order and selected Next Business Day, yet I didn't receive the product until 2 days later. Why did you charge me for Next Business Day delivery?

Orders placed by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time are shipped the same day using the delivery method requested. If you place an order after 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time, the order will not be shipped until the next business day using the delivery method requested.

Note: Standard shipping is not offered for Alaska and Hawaii shipments. Next Business Day orders to some remote continental U.S. locations require additional time and will usually be delivered on the second business day.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer four shipping options on most orders:
  1. Standard Ground - 3-8 business days from when the item leaves the warehouse.
  2. Second Day Afternoon - 2 business days from when the item leaves the warehouse.
  3. Next Day Afternoon - 1 business day from when the item leaves the warehouse.
  4. Military APO/FPO - 5-8 business days via the US Postal Service

Please note the following:

  • Standard Ground is not offered for Alaska and Hawaii shipments.
  • Next Day Afternoon orders to some remote continental U.S. locations require additional time and may be delivered on the second business day.
  • "Business day" means Monday through Friday except for national holidays.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to civilian PO boxes.
  • Military APO/FPO shipping is via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and costs the same as Standard
  • Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are unable to have their delivery status tracked. You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. We estimate 5 to 8 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped. However, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

How can I know when I will receive my order?
Orders placed prior to 3:00 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday will usually be processed and shipped on the same day. You can expect the following delivery times based on the shipping method you've chosen:
  1. Standard Ground - 3-8 business days from when the item leaves the warehouse.
  2. Second Day Afternoon - 2 business days from when the item leaves the warehouse.
  3. Next Day Afternoon - 1 business day from when the item leaves the warehouse.

Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress using the tracking information sent in the shipment confirmation email. Click here to look up your order and get your tracking number.

Please note the following:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
  • "Business day" means Monday through Friday except for national holidays.
  • Next Day Afternoon orders to some remote continental U.S. locations require additional time and may be delivered on the second business day.
  • Actual delivery times may vary based on circumstances outside Kodak's direct control.

What are your shipping rates?

Your shipping cost depends on the weight of the order, speed of delivery, and ship-to address. To view your estimated shipping cost prior to completing your order, just select your items, go to the Shopping Cart, and select your shipping method. The order is not final until you proceed to checkout.

What address restrictions are there for Military APO/FPO addresses?
Please follow these recommendations for military addressing.
  1. Address field: For Army and Marines, enter the Unit number and the Box number. For ships enter the ship number and hull number. For Air Force enter the PSC number and Box number.
  2. Apartment/Suite field: Optionally you can enter the military command or organization name.
  3. City field: this field must contain either "APO" or "FPO" or "DPO"
  4. State/Province field: Choose the military region where the recipient is stationed. The choices are:
    • "Armed Forces Europe" (AE) for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East
    • "Armed Forces Americas" (AA) for recipients stationed in the Americas
    • "Armed Forces Pacific" (AP) for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
  5. Zip/Postal Code field: A valid military zip code should be entered here.

NOTE – For successful delivery, you must indicate "APO" or "FPO" or "DPO" as your city, and select one of the three military regions in the state field.

How does Military APO/FPO shipping work?

Kodak is pleased to offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If you want your purchase delivered to a military address, enter a valid military address in the shipping information section during the checkout process. We will automatically select "Military APO/FPO" shipping for you.

All shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Unfortunately orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are unable to have their delivery status tracked. You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. We estimate 5 to 8 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped. However, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
